Topgroves Revival curates surplus, clearance and occasional pre-owned homeware with care. We aim to describe every item with clarity and honesty so you can purchase with confidence.

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt in line with UK consumer law.

2. Online Cooling-Off Period

For online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

3. In-Person Purchases

For purchases made in person, change-of-mind refunds are not required by law. However, your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain fully protected.

4. Pre-Owned & Surplus Stock

As we source surplus and occasional pre-owned items, minor packaging wear or age-related characteristics may be present. Any significant imperfections will always be clearly disclosed.
